Powerlifting at Fitness Durbar is for lifters who want to get genuinely strong on the squat, bench press, and deadlift. We run dedicated platforms, calibrated plates, and competition-style bars so every session counts toward a bigger total.

Coaching is hands-on: we program your training blocks, dial in your technique under load, and teach you to brace, peak, and recover like a competitor. Whether you're chasing your first 100kg deadlift or prepping for a meet, you'll have a plan and someone in your corner.
