Boxing classes at Fitness Durbar teach you the sweet science from the ground up — stance, footwork, jab-cross fundamentals, and combinations on the pads and bags. It's a full-body workout that sharpens your reflexes, builds lean conditioning, and burns through stress like nothing else.

No experience needed. Our coaches start you with the basics and progress you at your pace, whether you want to box purely for fitness or build real skill. Every class blends technique, pad rounds, and conditioning so you leave sweaty, sharper, and standing taller.

Inside a session

  • Warm-up, footwork and shadow boxing
  • Technique: jab, cross, hook, defence
  • Pad and heavy-bag rounds
  • Core and conditioning finisher
