Membership
Yes — we offer one free 60-minute trial session. Book it at the front desk in Hattiban or via our website. The trial includes a quick gym tour, a movement assessment with a coach, and a guided workout so you know exactly what to expect before joining.

Full access to the gym floor and equipment during opening hours, use of the facilities, and any group sessions that are part of your plan. Personal training and specialist programs may be available as add-ons — just ask at the front desk.
We know travel and work happen. Talk to us at the front desk about freezing or extending your membership and we'll do our best to be flexible.
Pricing
Plans are priced by duration — monthly, quarterly, and annual — and the per-month rate drops the longer you commit. Visit the Pricing page for the current plans and any running offers, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll walk you through the options.
We accept cash and FonePay. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm payment details — your membership activates once payment is confirmed.
General
We're open Sunday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and closed on Saturdays. Hours can change on public holidays — keep an eye on the notice banner on our homepage.
No booking is needed for general gym access during opening hours — just come in. For a free trial session or personal training it helps to message us on WhatsApp first so we can have a coach ready for you.
Definitely. Many of our members start as complete beginners. Our coaches will show you how to use the equipment safely and ease you into a routine at your own pace.

Yes. Our coaches are qualified and experienced in strength, conditioning, and general fitness coaching, and they tailor your training to your goals and your starting level.
Absolutely. Our trainers can build a plan around your goals — losing weight, building strength, or improving general fitness — and adjust it as you progress.
Facilities
State-of-the-art equipment for strength, cardio, powerlifting and calisthenics; dedicated zones for functional workouts, group sessions and recovery; a sauna; clean locker rooms; a dedicated stretching area; and free Wi-Fi throughout.
