The floor is yours

The main gym at Fitness Durbar is built for people who show up and put in the work. A complete free-weight area — Olympic barbells, dumbbells, racks and benches — sits alongside plate-loaded and selectorised machines, so you can train every muscle group without queueing.

Whether you're here to build muscle, lose fat, or simply stay strong for daily life, our floor staff are on hand to spot you, fix your form, and keep you moving. New to lifting? Ask any trainer for a free floor orientation on your first visit.
