Group Classes at Fitness Durbar bring the energy of training alongside other people who want to work. Our rotating weekly timetable covers strength circuits, conditioning, core, and mobility — all led by a coach who scales every movement so the class works for beginners and regulars alike.

Showing up is easier when there's a room full of people doing it with you. You get structure without having to plan your own session, accountability from a community that notices when you're missing, and a coach keeping your form and effort on track.
